In the spring of 2006 we took a trip to Athens, Georgia. During that visit we met Art and Margo Rosenbaum, who have become great friends.
On the last day of the visit we bought a house. We came back to Portland, started giving books away, quit our jobs, got married and drove across the country to our new home and neighborhood.
